This was in my grandmothers house in Augusta, GA. in the 60's. My mother inherited it and then me. This could be used as is or what I did with a biscuit box (last photo) is put legs on it for easier access.
Good Condition for Age - Straps rotted, I replaced board on wood insert, missing one wheel, missing part of central latch, see photos
