Noah's ark boat playground. Needs to be pressure washed & treated again. Sadly I don't have a pressure washer or I'd take care of it. Still in good shape, but there are a few boards that need to be replaced in the bottom on the floor. We paid $6,500 several years ago, asking $3,500 OBRO. I can't remember the guy that moved it here from our old house, he charged $325 to move the boat & another building. Please feel free to ask for more pictures or ask any questions you may have.
