Great Construction company is seeking a full time Office Manager.
-IT Background Preferred
-Must possess a High School Diploma—Business Degree preferred
-Construction experience is a plus
-HR experience- Insurance, Personal Records, State Licenses (Construction, truck licenses)
-Intermediate in Excel
-Proficient in Google Docs-Google Drive
-Managing Office Staff
-Support Project Manager in the field (Invoices, Personnel Issues, construction bids, etc.)
-Client Contracts-Calls, Collectors, Invoices, Certificates of Subs.
-Will provide an Administrative Assistant for support.
Hours: 8-5 (Occasional Saturdays)
Pay depends on Experience
