I have a newly-installed American Craftsman (Home Depot) new construction vinyl window in my house that got broken by a flying rock. It's a single-hung unit (fixed upper half) and it's the upper half that needs replaced. I *already have* the replacement thermal pane window from the manufacturer made to the correct size, as well as new vinyl flange "glazing" strips that holds it in place. So I have all the materials for the repair.
I just don't have the tools or experience to do this repair and don't feel confident trying even with all the YouTube videos. For an experienced window tech this is a simple repair.
If you have experience and ability to do a repair like this please reach out and let me know what this might cost for labor. I'm in Pacolet. Thanks!
