We are looking for a Professional, Dependable, Responsible, Flexible, Team Player to assist with Daily duties at our Self Storage Facility. Candidate MUST have a flexible schedule to work 24 hours per week at 1 site. Candidate will also fill in for vacation time up to 40 hours per week at other locations in SC. This position is great for semi retired to retired couples with a very flexible schedule.
Job description consists of: Computer Experience, Excellent Customer Service skills, Sales, Marketing, Collection Calls, Misc. Some Maintenance skills are needed.
Must have the abilities to:
Must have flexible schedule and ability to fill in when needed.
Work closely with upper Management Team
Display a "customer comes first" attitude delivering excellent and professional customer service.
Professionally assess the best rate and unit size for the customer's needs and close the deal
Face to face marketing with the local community
Make collection calls
Being a Team Player and accepting new challenges
Physically maintain property and clean storage units multiple time daily.
Some maintenance handy man skills are required for this position.
Must have valid drivers license and insured vehicle.
