The original floor has 'wheel covers' jutting up on either side, so I installed a 'raised floor' to match the height of the wheel covers, to make it easier to haul palletized cargo (there’s pics of it both ways and the ‘height adjustment pieces’ can be easily unscrewed and removed, if.. ) Has about 10.5' of cargo space, so will haul 2-pallets comfortably, or 3-skids inserted 'sideways'
I have also added high-security locks, front and back (of the cargo area), altho I can only find one of the locks/ might need to be replaced.. and it came with a sliding cargo door, in between the seats and the cab (and actually with the sliding door open, U can carry a few narrow pieces 12' long ! ) and the 'box' (cargo area) with a small 'grandmas attic', for storage (can fit a couple spare tires, jack, blankets, straps up there..) and additional storage underneath the 'raised floor' and some additional 'storage area' in the front of the raised floor, right behind the cab..
10,000. lb GVW / weighs approx. 6,000.lbs. 'wet' (empty, fluids full and gas tank full) SO can carry 4,000.lbs of cargo legally and with no problem with 'power', HD-suspension is much tougher than that and cud be somewhat overloaded. Also has at least 8-10,000.lb towing capacity, with a 'Draw-Tite' HD trailer hitch installed, bolted AND welded in place..
With 164.K miles on the odometer, it's powered by a 5.4 Liter Triton V8 engine, paired with an automatic 4-speed trans RWD runs perfectly and has plenty of POWER, with 'towing package' ('tow-button' on the end of the gear-selector) Transmission serviced recently and shifts silky-smooth. and van DRIVES PERFECTLY with all new tires, cruise-control on the steering wheel, a fresh alignment and brake fluid exchange. Fairly recent coolant exchange and new battery..

I am not a dealer, so there's no warranty, but this vehicle's made me a lot over the years, and been serviced meticulously, oil changed every 5,000-mi w synthetic oil and only Ford filters and parts. Last used 6-quarts of 5W-20 Penzoil full-synthetic oil.
NEW parts: battery, front AND rear tires, all filters and fluids (INCLUDING brake-fluid) are fresh, and recent oil change, brakes 100% DID I mention that the paint-job has just been refreshed / is brand NEW ! All tires commercial 10-ply HD -- front tires Goodyear with very low miles on em, rear tires Nexen with NO miles on them..
NOTHING has been ignored service-wise -- IF U want a van that's READY to ROLL on day-1, buy it and drive it to the West Coast - it'll git U there ! RUNS GREAT, LOOKS GREAT, drives SMOOTH, EVERYTHING WORKS, and it carries A LOT ! (LEGALLY and U don't need a logbook or to stop at weigh-stations) U shouldn't have to do ANYthing to this van, other than oil-changes, for a long LONG TIME ! located 7-mles from either BMW plant between Greer and Woodruff, 2-miles off state-highway SC-101 (Exit 60 off I-85)
