Like new (and I don't throw that term around loosely) Technics SL-D202 Direct Drive semi-auto turntable. I have thoroughly gone through this entire table and all functions work 100%. Currently an AT cartridge and stylus reside on the table but I do change my cartridges frequently among my turntables so if you prefer a different cartridge I can show you what I have available. This model came out in the early 80's and replaced the SL-D2 series. It's a little more modern looking and has the cue mechanism on the outside of the dustcover which many people prefer. This is a plug and play ready table! By the way great rumble numbers and wow and flutter numbers on this table. 78 for rumble (higher the better) and .025 for wow and flutter.
I've been restoring Technics Tables for two years now and have sold over 250 tables in that time. The reason I started this hobby was because I wanted people to realize how truly amazing vinyl can sound on a quality system. I kept seeing people purchasing these toy tables with built in speakers that reminded me of the Fisher Price table I had when I was eight. New records (yeah, I'm old) aren't cheap, please don't spend more on a new album than you do on a turntable, you'll just end up regretting the purchase. I do work out of my house, but obviously this keeps my overhead incredibly low. I stand behind what I sell and would listen to any of my albums on the tables I have for sale. When you purchase a table from me I will answer any of your questions and explain the table to you in detail. I would estimate that customers are at my house anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes on average. I want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.
Keep our local record stores going, a great bunch of people work there. Here's to Horizon, Pharmacy and Cabin Floor!!
