Produced by Technics and sold in JC Penney under the MCS badge. This 6602 is quite a heavy (18 lbs) and reliable beast which is basically a clone of the Technics SL-2000. The table has been thoroughly gone through and all features work 100%. Don't be concerned about the table not having lettering for the controls, it is very simple to use. The cartridge that is currently on the table is an Ortofon Omega which is my cartridge of choice. It may be swapped out though as I do have a tendency to change my cartridges often. The metal flake paint on this one looks awesome!

I've been restoring Technics Tables for two years now and have sold over 250 tables in that time. The reason I started this hobby was because I wanted people to realize how truly amazing vinyl can sound on a quality system. I kept seeing people purchasing these toy tables with built in speakers that reminded me of the Fisher Price table I had when I was eight. New records (yeah, I'm old) aren't cheap, please don't spend more on a new album than you do on a turntable, you'll just end up regretting the purchase. I do work out of my house, but obviously this keeps my overhead incredibly low. I stand behind what I sell and would listen to any of my albums on the tables I have for sale. When you purchase a table from me I will answer any of your questions and explain the table to you in detail. I would estimate that customers are at my house anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes on average. I want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.

You can call or text me at show contact info .

Check out our local record stores. Horizon, Pharmacy and Cabin Floor have a great bunch of people working there.
