Here's another turntable for all of the belt lovers out there. This semi-auto SL-220 is in very good condition with just enough of it's own personality, (great dustcover). I Installed a new belt and new stylus as well as removed, disassembled and cleaned both speed pots with detox. I also removed all traces of any old grease and installed brand new lubricants. The table works perfectly and sounds great. Currently a Audio Technica cartridge with a new elliptical sits on the table but this may be swapped out for another cartridge at a later date. I'll show you what I have available for cartridges and you can take your pick.
I've been restoring Technics Tables for two years now and have sold over 250 tables in that time. The reason I started this hobby was because I wanted people to realize how truly amazing vinyl can sound on a quality system. I kept seeing people purchasing these toy tables with built in speakers that reminded me of the Fisher Price table I had when I was eight. New records (yeah, I'm old) aren't cheap, please don't spend more on a new album than you do on a turntable, you'll just end up regretting the purchase. I do work out of my house, but obviously this keeps my overhead incredibly low. I stand behind what I sell and would listen to any of my albums on the tables I have for sale. When you purchase a table from me I will answer any of your questions and explain the table to you in detail. I would estimate that customers are at my house anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes on average. I want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.
