Not the usual cheaply-made Chinese junk, these are solid FCC-certified industrial-grade radios. I've programmed them with a total of 60 UHF and 25 VHF license-free channels and they are ready-to-go right out of the box. I also put in all the NOAA weather frequencies, and it has an FM broadcast tuner, making it the ideal emergency/survival radio. Includes wall and USB charger, and two different antennas. Can be programmed using CHIRP (use profile Baofeng UV-5XP), but do not come with programming cables (buy two radios for $100 and I'll give you a programming cable free). However if you tell me which additional frequencies/tones you need, I can add them for you.

They're currently programmed as follows (at the maximum power FCC allows):

Channel 1-10 : NOAA weather channels
Channel 11-32 : FRS channels 1-22 (no tone)
Channel 22-70 : Additional FRS channel/tone combinations commonly used by Midland/Cobra FRS radios
Channel 71-75 : MURS channels 1-5 (no tone)
Channel 76-80 : MURS channels 1-5 (88.5)
Channel 81-85 : MURS channels 1-5 (91.5)
Channel 86-90 : MURS channels 1-5 (146.2)
Channel 91-95 : MURS channels 1-5 (127.3)
