Antique Tyco train set - $45 (Boiling Springs)

Early 1960's Tyco HO Scale train set. It is in its original Box. After many years I have brought it back out but cannot get it to work. I am not sure what is working and what is not. Track? Transformer? Engine? I am selling this complete kit for $45. This same kit is selling for over $200 in many other places. I am only asking $45 for it all.
