Previous owner kept him on a chain outdoors with a wood plank leaning against the house for shelter. I took him in, but I can’t keep him for good. My apartment doesn’t allow dogs and I can’t afford long term care. He’s about 5 months old. I already took him to get his initial vaccines. A double sided food bowl, some toys, training pads, treats, a leash and collar all come with him.
