Our stock and variety of fully cured and partly cured fireplace mantels and beams is steadily increasing. We have one live edged, two live edges, and all four sides milled options. More than a dozen species; some are fully cured (some of the poplar, hemlock, birch, pine, sourwood, box elder, and hackberry), many others are dried enough to install with a single fastened point.
We also have a wide variety of misc lumber and slabs in about 35 species and hundreds of sizes available for sale. We are constantly increasing inventory of cured and kiln dried wood for every purpose. In stock now are chestnut, cypress, rainbow poplar, Eastern red cedar, white cedar, hemlock, magnolia, holly, red flaming box elder (ash leaf maple), black locust, hackberry, black walnut, sourwood, sycamore, pecan, maple (silver and red soft maple, also hard maple; including ambrosia and spaulting), oak (several species of red and white oak), tulip poplar (including lots of rainbow poplar), cherry, mulberry, pear, persimmon, birch, hickory, white and yellow pine, ash, tupelo (black gum), sweetgum, red elm, Siberian elm, mimosa, honey locust, and more. Pricing varies according to species, size, etc.
