We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our Production Team. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the movement and handling of raw materials used in our premium soil production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in a manufacturing environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, front wheel loader operation, operating forklifts, assisting with bagging and palletizing products, maintaining a clean and safe work area, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting various tasks across the yard and warehouse. Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing, front wheel loader experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards and teamwork.

Specific responsibilities of the job:
Operating Front Wheel Loader, bagging potting soil and other duties as assigned
Primary Objectives:
Manufacture and bag premium quality potting soil for nationwide distribution in a friendly, team environment while conforming to company safety standards.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the state of South Carolina.
Education and Experience:
Front Wheel Loader Operation required. Forklift experience and previous experience in a light industrial environment a plus. High school diploma or GED preferred.
