Job Duties:
• Complete maintenance work orders
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and repairs
• Perform unit turns and general upkeep
• Assist with property maintenance needs as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, and electrical
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
