I am Michael Shoemaker. I live in Columbia, SC. I am 60 and have working been in mechanical trades since 1990. I worked for Lonnie Norman a residential builder for eight years until he died and then went to work with his best friend Joseph Lester who held HVAC plumbing and electrical. I ran their businesses myself. I did all the work and paid each until they passed. My Mother passed shortly after so I took off to help my Father. I am returning to working now. I have not worked W2 one out of the last five years so I do not qualify for state licensing today.
So I went to USC Law School Library read the actual law and found out SC does not require licensing for commercial work under $10,000 and residential under $500 so I simply adapted to do HVAC, Refrigeration on appliances, Walk in Coolers Walk in Freezers, Ice Machines, Stand Alone Freezers and Fridges, Sushi Displays, Electrical, Plumbing, Exhaust Hoods, Grease Traps, Gas Lines at $99 an hour for restaurants and other businesses and run residential service calls but I have a lot of install work that goes to waste. Five years ago my model was super simple complete two installs at $2000 profit each, ran service calls at $1000, leak check and sell refrigerant for $1000 to make $6000 weekly and take off vacation twice a year for months.
My preference is partnering with someone unable to work much more due to illness but he has the ability to get licensed in at least these three states today in as many trades as possible. I will pay all of the licensing fees and process all of the paperwork with LLR and maintain a company bond and compliance with LLR as well as deal with the Secretary of State all at my expense. I can handle marketing pay the advertising and run service calls. Your only responsibility is maintaining eligibility as qualifying principle in order to obtain and maintain state licensing with LLR and let me know when and if you want jobs and earn up to $6000 weekly.

I am offering a 30% split on your existing customer base maybe $2000 plus you could be receiving from $600 (3 license 1 state) to $800 (3 licenses 3 states) monthly cash base pay doing nothing being retired in bed sleeping with zero customer base or up to $20,000 monthly working my leads that all depends entirely on you. I made $5,000 weekly five years ago before I retired now I have additional income from commercial work as well. I have more skills and jobs than I can do alone unlicensed.
If I work 80 hours weekly advertised at $99 an hour but give 20% off and cut deals at $80 an hour that is $332,800 a year with nearly zero expense other than gas. You and I can come up with a fair split on $332,800 a year. My office, two forty foot hi cubes, two vehicles, tools and supplies are all paid for. I have zero debts and I own around $2,000,000 in real estate as my net worth today. I am not buying vehicles or nothing asset wise just generating profit.

Have the connection when you need it fast easy reliably and legally any where in the south east US thru a network of licensed contractors willing to pay you 70% on jobs you complete. Or sell me the lead you have for 30%. You sell the job and send me the info on the deal and let me do the work legally and send you 30% from a service call that turns into a $10,000 install job paying you 30% after cost of equipment and helper. Sell a $10,000 5 ton split heat pump system which I pay $4800 plus $200 labor you get .30 X $5000=$1500 and I make $3500 or we both make zero $.
