This guitar has been custom upgraded by replacing the original black pickguard with a custom fitted 4-ply red turquoise pickguard. This guitar has also been customized by adding individual tone and volume controls to each of the three humbucker pickups. The neck tone control is modified to provide individual volume control for the middle pickup. The bridge tone control is now the master tone control for all of the pickups. Please note that the former bridge pickup tone control is now the volume control for the middle pickup. The neck pickup volume control is for the neck pickup and the bridge volume control is for the bridge pickup. The bridge tone control is the master tone control for all pickups. This guitar now offers more variations in tones. The guitar has the following pickup selection configurations.
Pickup selector switch in Up position, neck and middle volumes turned on = Neck Pickup + Middle Pickup
Pickup selector switch in Bottom position, bridge and middle volumes turned on = Bridge Pickup + Middle Pickups
Pickup Selector switch in Middle position, all pickups volumes turned on = Bridge Pickup + Middle Pickup + Neck Pickup
Pickup Selector switch in Middle position, middle volume off, neck and bridge volumes turned on = Bridge Pickup + Neck Pickup
