Need a washing machine

I am taking care of my father and we need a washing machine and some things fixed on our houses and cars. Father has little money and I work full time for no pay. People think it is a party and it isn't. People also think that nursing homes and nurses, caregivers work for free. They don't they take what you have to pay if you have anything.
