Monogram Concierge is a lifestyle management company in search of a highly-motivated Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will have a unique opportunity to work with individual clients on household and administrative tasks such as housekeeping, laundry service, meal preparation, personal errands, and many others. Applicant must be skilled with customer service, communication, and basic computer usage. A fantastic work ethic is also required.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Domestic Tasks
Laundry, ironing, folding clothes, and maintaining the washing and drying machines
Scheduling handymen or other maintenance service requests
Keeping the home organized and well-maintained
Light Housekeeping (No Deep Cleaning)
Kitchen maintenance which may include washing dishes or loading the dishwasher, wiping counters, cleaning/organizing the refrigerator
Picking up and organizing bedrooms or living rooms
Making sure that the house is overall organized and clean
Errands
Dropping off and picking up packages from the Post Office/UPS
Grocery shopping and personal shopping
Dropping off and picking up dry cleaning
Buying and wrapping gifts
Ordering and delivering catered meals
Disposing of recycling and trash
Consigning or donating used clothing
Cooking
Meal preparation
Weekly meal planning
Cooking dinner for clients and their families
Preparing meals according to specific diets (Keto, Whole 30, gluten-free, etc.)
Organizing
Kitchen pantry/fridge/drawer organization
Closet/wardrobe/dresser organization
Attic/basement/craft room organization
Other
Event management
Personal schedule management
Gift wrapping
Party planning and preparation
Pet care

The Ideal Candidate Has These Characteristics:

Adaptable and flexible with an ever-changing day-to-day schedule

Enjoys domestic/household tasks and errand-running
Able to offer high-quality service to clients
Organized and can manage a busy schedule
Understands the meaning of confidentiality and privacy
Is able to dress business professional daily
Willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service
Familiar with driving in the city of Greenville

Experience and Requirements

Proficient Word and Excel experience
Capable of daily physical activity, especially during house cleaning, which may involve bending, lifting, and reaching
Must own a car with proper insurance and be willing to drive on a daily basis
EXCELLENT driving record required
Subject to a drug screening and a background check upon hiring and annually thereafter
