Overall its 6 Bedrooms - 6 Bathrooms and is livable now, but needs some touch ups
The Vintage Inn B&B is at 1205 N Main Street in Historic Abbeville.
Look it up on Facebook, the old FB profile is still there so you can see what it looked like @ 10 years ago .
Revisit:
It is structurally sound and has updated electrical and newer heat and air systems. The apt gas pack unit needs to be replaced, 2 ton.
It is 4000 SF , main house is 4/4 with extra parlor and sitting rooms, a grand entrance, cozy front porch, has two master suites, one up and one down, there is a carriage house in back that sits on top of a 2 car garage. The back apartment is a 2/2.
It has a nice large open back yard, plenty of parking. It has a large open foyer and large staircase.
The house needs cosmetic updates, nothing major.
