I have a camper for rent power and water include quiet neighborhood safe never no trouble just text and and get a lenght on the camper but I'm thinking it's about at least 30 ft long with the two pull outs it has a queen bed on one side of the camper for the side of the camper has bunk beds one double one single account slits down into a double bed and the table lets into a double bed everything works good in the camper brand new refrigerator brand new microwave stove works perfect air conditioning works perfect only asking 650 a month to rent the camper for one person if 2 people people want to stay thats no problem. I just have to charge 800 a month and that's with power and water included plus small security deposit but if you would like to help clean the camper then we can cut the security deposit in half since you help clean it and get it ready. Can definitely be negotiable mainly depending on the top of person that won't still live here I would definitely charge a little cheaper if you're very quiet person don't throw any parties and just keep it like we have it down here just nice and safe a lot of kids down here
