Rent is $550 (negotiable), including Wi-Fi. It is fully furnished with a study desk and chair, a nearly new mattress and bedframe, and a 5-drawer dresser.
The unit is female-only, so it must be a female or good male.
Access to the pool and gym. It is on the CATbus route!
