Hello I have a room available for rent in my apartment. It's a small apartment but can be turned into a bedroom. I AM ALSO looking for someone who would eventually want to take over the apartment. We could leave it in my name until the lease is up next year then you could renew it into your name if you choose to.to move in the rent would be $500 which includes power and a $300 deposit.
