$600 / 1br - Room for Rent (Fairforest)

We live in a 5 bedroom home with an office and a open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining room. We are a family of 5 with a golden retriever. We are all really loving and caring and we hope to rent the room to someone who is the same. I am a SAHM with a micro bakery, Which means that I am home a lot and I use the kitchen more often than not. So please take that into consideration. We have 3 daughters and my husband works full time. Please note that we do have children and a dog so the room would need to be rented by someone who is accepting of that.
The room is 152" x 122". The $600.00 in rent does cover the room and all the utilities. Water, power, internet, gas, and rent. Parking would be on the side of the road out front of the house. We have a second fridge that would be shared but most of the space is yours. We have a cabinet for your pantry items. We do practice good housekeeping so we would expect the same.
Rent would be prorated and then due on the first of every month and we have a lease that will need to be signed before moving in.
To move in you would need to provide firsts months rent $600.00 (or the prorated amount), a $600.00 deposit (which will be returned once a 30 day notice has been given and everything is the way it was found), and a signed lease agreement.
Please no animals, smoking or vaping in the house.
