We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

This is a 2008 Itasca Spirit with 1 Slide, model 31H, 32ft long. 

Only 58k miles 
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The Ford V10 engine runs good. 
The transmission shifts good. 
The Onan 4k gen works with approx 773 hours. 
The engine or dash AC seems to blow cold, thru the defrost vent, so it has a broken vacuum hose which should be less than $100 to repair. 
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues. 
There is a roof AC unit that works. 
The LP system works, furnace, Water Heater and Stove top function try to function but it is OUT on LP gas. 
It has old, 2013, tires on it, so, it needs new tires.  
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. 
The water system works, the bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. 
The fridge works. 
The power cord is a 30 amp. 
The batteries are older and may need to be replaced. The convertor is not charging and needs to be replaced or approx, $150 plus one hour labor to install. 
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad. 
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. 

The airbag light is on, most likely like a seat belt needs to be replaced since the steering wheel and dash look as they should.
We did NOT check anything else. 
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.  
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. 
This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 17 years old and used. 
I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator 
Wiper replacement 
New tires 
Replace the batteries 

Replace the convertor

New wipers
Full of GAS and LP
