26ft, rear queen size bedroom. In very nice condition. Pull out awning and AC brand new. Installed 2 years ago. AC used 1 summer, awning has never been used since being installed. Central heat, Microwave, gas tanks and battery for electric all works and comes with it. Everything works and no roof leaks. Good tires, and new rear spare. Big under bed storage area with lights. Roof AC. Only repairs needed? Frig needs a new seal on door. 30 minute fix and maybe $25 dollar cost. Has TV in living room with a separate central stereo system. There is a mount in photos on the wall, I have the TV for the bedroom also. Drawer are all out of the cabinets and doors are open because I was cleaning the day photos were taken.
