1. Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies across international markets to drive
revenue growth and expand market share.
2. Prepare and oversee annual sales budgets for global operations, presenting financial plans
to executive management for approval.
3. Appoint and mentor regional sales leaders and department heads, delegating
responsibilities to ensure alignment with global sales goals. Develop and utilize advanced
models and frameworks to forecast business performance and analyze market trends.
4. Ensure reports provide actionable insights into business performance, leveraging KPIs and
business dashboards for effective performance management.
5. Analyze import and export trends for textile equipment and monitor related policies to
guide sales and procurement strategies.
6. Track and evaluate sales performance relative to budgets, schedules, and targets, and report
findings to senior management.
7. Engage in senior management meetings, preparing and presenting relevant documents and
reports in a timely manner.
8. Conduct trend analysis and gather market intelligence to support business development,
marketing efforts, and strategic planning.
9. Maintain close interactions with leading textile machinery manufacturers to stay updated
on trends, technologies, and pricing.
10. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, interacting professionally
with executives, managers, and international stakeholders.
11. Oversee activities related to the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products,
including promotional campaigns and international exhibitions.
12. Foster and manage strong relationships with global distributors, agents, and investment
partners to drive sales growth.
13. Assist in the development and execution of the annual global sales plan, identifying
opportunities for operational improvements and innovation.
14. Manage acquisition and liquidation transactions of textile plants, providing evaluations and
recommendations for strategic decisions.
15. Evaluate and manage risks across global operations, implementing best practices and
shaping investment strategies.
16. Ensure effective management of communication processes related to operations and
projects, adapting to new models and market changes.
17. Set and prioritize key strategic objectives in coordination with partners to provide decision
support through high-quality forecasting and analytics.
18. Conduct techno-commercial assessments of various textile machines and submit valuation
reports to guide procurement and investment decisions.
Travel Requirements: The position requires domestic and international travel to unanticipated
client and partner locations. Coker and Associates of SC LLC operates on a global scale, therefore,
to perform the above job duties the Sales Vice President-Global Operations may be required to
travel to unanticipated client locations in and outside of the U.S. Estimated travel in a 1-year
period is 90-180 days.
Experience: 36 months of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Manager or closely related occupation in the textile machinery industry. Experience to include 24 months of experience in:
• Leading and executing successful sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Preparing detailed market reports and providing accurate sales forecasts to the management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
• Providing techno-commercial training in spare and machine sales to sales engineers and personnel.
• Designing and managing the technical layout and planning of textile machinery, overseeing the execution of projects for buyers to ensure seamless installation and operation.
Hours: Number of hours per week: 40 Daily Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
