We are a recruiting firm based in Greenville, SC hiring someone whose main job is to talk to people.
This is a remote, phone-first role. You will be calling and texting candidates, building rapport, and helping connect people with career opportunities. This is not a passive desk job. If you are uncomfortable making calls, this is not the right fit.
You do NOT need recruiting experience.
You do NOT need a college degree.
We will train you on everything industry-specific.
What we cannot teach is confidence on the phone, persistence, and the ability to connect with people quickly. That has to come from you.
Backgrounds that tend to fit well:
B2B sales (copiers, payroll, office services, SaaS, staffing)
Inside sales or business development
Appointment setting
Call center or collections
Customer service, retail, or hospitality
What you will do:
Make outbound calls and texts to candidates daily
Build rapport and uncover real career motivations
Screen candidates for open positions
Follow up consistently and keep organized notes
Generate referrals through candidate conversations
What you will need:
A reliable cell phone and computer
Comfortable using basic technology — CRM systems, texting platforms, and email
A quiet space to make calls from home
