Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers by phone and in person

  • Schedule and coordinate service repairs

  • Offer and schedule customer shuttle service as needed

  • Monitor and track progress of repair or service and maintain contact with customers, providing updates and estimated completion times

  • Offer required/recommended service and repair with a focus on sales profitability and customer wants and needs utilizing excellent customer service

  • Estimate required/recommended service and repair ensuring accuracy and profitability with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and honesty

  • Answer and facilitate customer questions and concerns using expert technical knowledge and professional customer service skills

  • Strictly adhere to company policies.

  • Remain flexible, anticipate change, and create positive outcomes

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of high-end customer service experience

  • Basic PC experience (i.e., Windows, Microsoft Word & Outlook)

  • Ability to type

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean record

Experience: 3+ Years Customer Service / Sales Experience Preferred
