Hey there! Thank you for checking out my apartment, located off of Woodruff Rd, right next to 85 and with easy access to Laurens Rd. It’s also only 15 minutes from Downtown Greenville!
The apartment is amazing (I’ve lived here for several years), but I just bought a house and am looking for someone to take over the lease starting April 1st. The lease is up at the end of October, at which time you’d have the option to renew or exit the lease. The apartment complex requires a 60-day notice.
Apartment Location Perks:
On the first floor right by the leasing office, where there is a computer room, bathrooms, pool table, package pickup, new gym with a yoga room, etc. Also, since we’re in the same building as the office, you can walk right under the overhang without getting wet on rainy days!
5 minutes from here are lots of great restaurants, a movie theatre, shopping, Whole Foods, REI, Total Wine, and pretty much anything else you’re looking for. It’s an incredibly convenient location.

Deposit: $200 (may be more depending on your credit)

Trash valet service: $25 per month
Pest control: $5 per month
Pet rent if you have any (I don’t know price for all animals, but for one cat, I pay $10 per month.)
You’ll need to present your two most recent pay stubs for proof of income. Gross income must be at least 3x the monthly rent, so around $45,000+.
