2002 Sundowner Sunlite 727

4H trailer made into a 3H the stud cut had a solid wall put in to make a storage area. Full bath and weekender/lq. We bought it with a leak that molded the wood that was previously in it so it’s been resealed, gutted, cleaned, and we framed out the new shelves it’s been rewired and has a spot for AC. All the hauling lights work. It comes with all that we bought for it including the fridge, microwave, electrical, lights, and some other miscellaneous items. If buyer wants it can come with the flooring we would put in it.
