This 12' x 12' tent has a real full size bed. All linens are furnished . There is an electric blanket for those chilly nights in cuddling weather. There is also an electric space heater, however only one heat source can be used at a time.

There are extensive childrens' play areas available to tent guests, plus a barrel sauna by Almost Heaven Saunas. Since saunas are traditionally used nude, we have designated this as a clothing optional sauna.

A heated and cooled bathhouse is provided with a real flush toilet, plus an indoor shower and an outdoor shower. Some guests have claimed that the outdoor shower is our best feature. A sun heated shower is also avaiable for those brave enough to use it. The bathhouse is available for all guests. This is a shared bathhouse.

Prices are subject to change depending on the season and demand. The typical rate is $45 for weekdays and $50 for weekends and holidays. The weekly rate is $250 and the monthly rate is $900. Extra charges: $50 for each pet, $25 for cleaning, $50 refundable deposit.

You will find a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker with supplies.

At this same location, we have a main house, a camper cabin, an adult treehouse and an RV camper. A second cabin will be available in 2026. There is a Tesla type EV charging station near the main house.

Located at 1220 Caldwell Road, Campobello. We are one mile off Highway 11, near Landrum and Inman.

We highly recommend the Fat Ass Heiffer Cidery located nearby. Open on Saturdays only.
