HVAC contractor (Pauline near union county line ð)

I am currently taking hvac bids on an addition I'm building in Pauline. I can email the drawing however it's pretty simple. 24x35 addition with 3 beds, 1 bath and a family room. The roof pitch will be a 3/12, not much room for a unit., however duct work will need to be in the attic. There is 1 entty door, 7 3/0×5/0 windows.. We do have a built in mechanical closet/chase for a unit to sit in. Read on for scope based on current quote:
*Supply and install all duct needed to properly complete the project.
*Supply and install any and all units.(1.5 ton heat pump with 7.5k heatstrips with matching air handler) Thermostats, grills..
* Wire unit to our supplied disconnect(s), you provide the whips.
*Supply all necessary materials to complete the project.
*Supply Install duct for bath fan, fan will be provided and installed.
Again I can email a drawing if needed the structure is 840sq ft. I need the best price we can get, so cheap units with a warranty is fine.
**Preference given to sole proprietors, younger newly licensed contractors are urged to reply, I'm a small contractor, however I will use whom I select exclusively, assuming the quality of work is what I expect.
